Do I need an account?
No. Open AniBite and start watching. The app creates an anonymous account for you automatically, so you don’t need an email or password.
Is AniBite free?
The first episodes of every series are free. To keep watching, unlock episodes with coins or subscribe to AniBite Pass. You can also earn bonus coins by checking in every day.
Can I change the language or turn off subtitles?
Every series has Japanese voices with English subtitles built into the video, so subtitles can’t be turned off.
Coins
How do coins work?
Each locked episode costs 30 coins, or you can unlock a whole series at once. Bonus coins are used before purchased coins.
Do coins expire?
Purchased coins never expire. Bonus coins (from check-ins and rewards) expire 30 days after you get them.
I bought coins but didn’t get them.
Make sure you are connected to the internet, then open the app again. If they still don’t appear, go to Me → Restore purchases. If that doesn’t fix it, email us with the order ID from your Apple receipt.
AniBite Pass
What’s included?
Every episode of every series with no coins needed, new episodes as soon as they’re out, and no ads.
How do I cancel?
On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → AniBite Pass and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
I got a new phone. How do I get my Pass back?
Sign in with the same Apple ID, open AniBite and go to Me → Restore purchases.
How do I get a refund?
App Store purchases are refunded by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Notifications
How do I turn notifications on or off?
Go to Me → Notifications in the app, or to Settings → Notifications → AniBite on your iPhone.
Account and privacy
How do I delete my account?
Go to Me → Delete account. This permanently deletes your coins and unlocks. An active AniBite Pass must be canceled separately in your iPhone Settings.
Who can use AniBite?
AniBite is for viewers 13 and older.
